Finished running today and had a really annoying pain in my left arch...the dreaded Plantar Fascia? Probably a mild case based on how it feels, but I have been so lucky over my first 2 years running, gradually building to the 35 mile a week range that I think I may need to rest for a few days and not tempt fate. The thought of running less than 5-6 days a week is a real bummer for me, but this could be a chance to rekindle my swimming.

Pretty much decided that I needed to take an off week after a few months of steady mileage building. I did not feel like I needed to recover much from the Half, it was more a feeling that I should let some little nagging pains sort themselves out and mentally take a rest. Onward and upward!
