Not a stellar effort his week with only 4 days of training. Still on easy pace for over 100 miles in May> I will get focused again in the coming week. Oh yeah, Kelly and I decided to bag the Bolder Boulder on principle. We went to sign up and it was going to cost like $130 for the 2 of us. We can run 3 local races each for that price!
