5 miles steady (42:41)

Tuesday 6/28
6.5 miles (58:55) HOT 92 degrees, but brought belt with 28 oz. cold water for dousing so able to keep good effort and steady pace.
165 push ups sets: 25.35.45.35.25

Wednesday 6/29
4 miles HOT horsetooth res hill loop- 2 miles straight up then 2 miles straight down.  (39:26)

Thursday 6/30
7 miles (1:01:52)
40 Dips
18 Chin ups
15 Pull ups
