Monday 8/23
3 miles running EASY w/tired dog. Very slow pace (27:49)
165 push ups sets 25.35.45.35.25

Tuesday 8/24
5 miles (44:20) Felt really bad today.

Wednesday 8/25
5 miles (43:50)
15 dips
10 pull ups
10 chin ups
Better than yesterday but not up to speed. Have not slept well this week and felt really awful for the most part. Getting like 3-4 hours a night and can't nap in the day even though I'm beat.

Thursday 8/26

PM 4 miles (40:21) Brutal! 98 degrees, full sun, horsetooth loop up centennial/monster mountain and back down. Ouch.

6 pull ups (@ mile 4 of run)
Best I've felt this week, but still not sleeping well. Hopefully pulling out of the funk! Horsetooth hill loop this evening.
